Retreats

Retreats in nature gives us an opportunity to get away from our daily routine and distractions. It's an opportunity to quiet the mind and create space to look within. Nature retreats provide a relaxing atmosphere, inspiring us to reconnect and regain our balance. This can be found by practicing silence, meditation, breathing and walking through the forest.

Ecotherapy

Nature is a source of wisdom and health. Many times, physical and psychological illness has its root in our disconnection from nature. Through a walk in the forest watching the sunrise, hearing the birds sing or the wind through the trees, we can find balance and connection with nature. The time we spend outdoors give us harmony and heals our body, mind, and spirit.
